Engineering
This is the first stage where the complete system is designed based on project requirements. It includes site survey, technical analysis, system design, drawings, BOQ preparation, and approvals. The focus is on creating an efficient, compliant, and cost-effective solution.

Procurement
In this stage, all required materials, equipment, and components are sourced from approved vendors. It includes vendor selection, purchasing, quality checks, logistics planning, and timely delivery to the project

Construction
This phase involves on-site execution such as installation, integration, testing, and commissioning of systems. It ensures that all systems (fire safety, BMS, CCTV, etc.) are installed as per design and industry standards.
